Rules

  1. The Golden Rule: Treat other people the way you want to be treated. Don't do anything that would make you upset if another player did to you. Treat each other well and address problems directly and maturely.

  2. Remain in-character. The game changes wildly, but we don't want our characters to change with it! Please make sure you are staying true to your character, and respect any concrit you receive.

  3. All IC action will take place on [community profile] randomizing, regardless of whether the post is communicator-based, or in-person action. OOC posts and interactions will go on [community profile] randomly_ooc; you can post there about literally anything.

  4. Please clearly indicate the content of your post in the subject line, e.g. "video" or "log". Posts with action and description are expected to mark it with [square-brackets].

  5. This game will progress at a rate of one week in real life to every one day in-game. Assume that anything posted on Friday or over the weekend is at night unless the post indicates it is backdated.

  6. Do not god-mode. God-mode refers to any method of taking choice away from another character, e.g. announcing that your character has punched another character without giving the player the opportunity to dodge, or using OOC knowledge to get what you want ICly.

  7. Recommended activity standards, per character, are: two threads with 7 comments from you, or one post by you and one thread with 7 comments from you. At the present time, this will not be measured unless concerns are raised. Activity checks will be once a month, and players will comment if they're still playing.

  8. This game was conceived of as a laid-back, low-pressure fun activity. As a result, any rules and standards may later be amended if the game grows into something bigger than that. The community will be notified if this is the case, and consulted about any major changes that affect them.

  9. Ask questions, report problems, or leave comments for the mods here.
